I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is fantastic, with the metro station just a short walk away. It's also conveniently close to the Dongaman shopping area, perfect for some retail therapy. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a deep bathtub that was perfect for relaxing in. The hot water and pressure were excellent, and the comfy robes and pillows made me feel right at home. The staff were mostly helpful, and although English wasn't their strong suit, they did their best to assist me. The hotel also offers a range of services, such as car hire and 24-hour room service, which added to the convenience factor. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus too!

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Parking was on-site. Decent place for a trip in Shenzhen! A few steps away from Xiaoxiong Jujiuwu, where you can have lunch. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly...

Well, only a few tiny things that I liked about this hotel. Front desk service was lousy, besides the fact that their english was almost nil!! The concierge was able to communicate better in english then any other front desk personel. (Time for a promotion I think!!) The room I got was fine, you can notice that it is an old hotel, but that doesn't mean that it can't be cleaned properly. The bed was comfortable that is a "+". Breakfast is targeted for locals or asians (I assume), eventhough I enjoyed it ;-) "+" , Location is great for shopping (mainly clothing) and there is a famous bar/ nightclub right across the street! "+"

I can recommend this hotel if you don't pay too much attention to the staff. Location is pretty good!! It's worth trying, have fun out there!! Cheers

Dongman padestrian street is in walking distance.Currency exchanges,subway station are also very near

None of the staff speaks English.Breakfast coupon are given under the doors of your room whereas the staff told me to get it from the reception.When I asked for the coupon they kept looking in their note books if my room has breakfast included or not .they kept me waiting around 20min.when I went for the breakfast almost most of the common items like Bread,Eggs etc were finished they denied to serve again but the breakfast time was still more then 1 hour.

The hotel location is excellent, centrally located near the metro station and close to the city center. It is also conveniently near the Dongaman shopping area, making it easy to explore and shop around. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained rooms and comfortable amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Most of the hotel staff can't speak English and if can speak are also very little and is not quite understandable. Staff a bit slow and not quite helpful. When make the booking on web, it say that wifi in room but it is avaiable only at the lobby, not likes stated on the web. I use to stay the Crown Plaza Hotel next door from this hotel which was much better with not big price gap.

The hotel had a typical Chinese atmosphere, with kind and helpful staff. The breakfast restaurant had a great variety of Chinese food. The room was spacious with a good working desk and reliable WiFi. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby places and a shopping center with affordable dining options and a western supermarket.

Too young and incompetent staff, dirty room, very poor quality of breakfast, almost none smile. Looks like a state hotel twelve years ago (We were four travelers together, and all of them think the same)

I like the location of the hotel.

I hate the way they served me. My wife and I stay at this hotel, one incident happened to my wife. My wife was alone went to the hotel room while I was at lobby reception counter settle my thing. My wife was enter a wrong floor and wrong room, a security was asking my wife some question and suspect my wife is a prostitute, he force my wife to go down to the hotel lobby with a "rude" attitude to my wife. This is the way "shenzhen Luohu Hotel" serve their customer? This is the only this I hate the hotel service.
